Dogs Never Lie About Love +++++

Loved it...but then I'm a dog person. It got off to a slow start...seemed what the author had to say was said in the first chapter. But then it just got better with deeper looks at animal behavior...not just an 'oh, gee whiz' look at something cute. The association between dogs and humans was examined and explained, quite grandly. Even if you don't own a dog or want to...this is useful reading to further define our place in the animal kingdom.

Books I'm Reading

  • Bones, Rocks and Stars by Chris Turney
  • Kick Ass by Carl Hiaasen
  • Life by Richard Fortey
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, a bowl of whipped cream in the other, my 1935 Pooh Bear and a good book tucked under my arms, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO what a ride!"
